Permissions Agreement

BLOG POSTS:

Each of the blog posts (the letters, poetry, essays, OpEds, or general statements) on this website –kayewisewhitehead.com– are the intellectual property of Karsonya Wise Whitehead (the photos used are linked either to the photographer or the owner of of the website).  The blog posts cannot be duplicated, either verbatim or nearly verbatim (with only minimal changes to subject headings or questions), without providing the proper citation, if not then it is an act of intellectual dishonesty (and plagiarism) and will be reported. 

Additionally, the blog posts cannot be reprinted either in its entirety or in part without first notifying me at kewhitehead@loyola.edu and receiving permission. Once permission is granted, the following steps must be adhered to:

  1. The content may not be altered, which includes adding words, interpreting words, or changing them (if you would like to shorten it, please include the shortened version with your email).
  2. All reprints must include the following note at the top of the page: “This material is from kayewisewhitehead.com and was written by and belongs to Karsonya Wise Whitehead . (Do include the hyperlink for the website)

TRUMP SYLLABUS K12

Each of the lesson plans included in the Trump Syllabus K12 are the intellectual property of the individual writers (and organizations). The material included cannot be duplicated without providing the proper citation –any duplication of the lesson plans, either verbatim or nearly verbatim (with only minimal changes to subject headings or questions), without providing proper citation is an act of intellectual dishonesty and will be reported.

 If you are planning on using the lesson plans in your classroom, the following steps must be adhered to:

  1. If you are planning to teach them or portions of them, please forward an e-mail to Karsonya Wise Whitehead (kewhitehead@loyola.edu) stating the name of your school, the grade of the classrooms, and the name of the lesson plan (this allows us to track the usage and application of the material)
  2. If you are planning to print and provide copies of the lesson plan to your students then:
    1. Include the following note at the top of the page: “This lesson plan is from the Trump Syllabus K12 complied by Karsonya Wise Whitehead  and written by [Name of the Author]. (Do include the hyperlink for Trump Syllabus K12)
